most of you are ok w/ ariza being traded. i didnt like it at first but it's already growing on me. but ariza was like a hothead, somewhat a loose cannon. we dont have any of those, that's one reason why i liked the ariza signing last offseason. w/ our roster, we can handle him being suspended a few games a year, no biggie. but everyone on this team is so nice, we need a mean guy (big black guy would take care of that lol). not that everyone should be like rasheed wallace, but at least one guy who'd jaw off at the other teams bonehead. but who knows, if this team proves to be a contender, maybe scola starts a scuffle here and there, i woudlnt be surprised since he does those "cheap elbow shots"

I don't think he's a hothead or loose cannon. He just had a bad relationship with "brooks"

We have Brad Miller now, one of the few guys who tangled with Shaq.

Maybe Ariza took being "the man" to the heart and was just envious of Brooks success on the offensive end?

ya but he's white, j/k... but the teams that've won a 'ship the last 10 years have at least 2 guys that are fierce competitors, wont be pushed around or w/e: lakers had shaq/kobe/fox now kobe/odom/ron. pistons had the wallace's, celts whole team, spurs had sjax at the start.

im not sayin rockets cant contend w/o a guy like that, we're not soft. if teams get away w/ pushing and shoving our guys they'll do it for the whole game, hopefully our guys do the same to them
