In this year's My Player mode, the game doesn’t end after the final buzzer. In NBA 2K11 you gotta take the podium for your own post-game press conferences. But watch what you say, your answers can earn you admiration or get you run out of town. Will you claim all the glory or will you praise your coaches?

We have our own version of the 'PRACTICE?!' answer in there when the reporter asks you about practice. For those who want to be Rasheed, yes, the 'both teams played hard' answer is there for you.

Only downside is that the 90s Rockets are not listed as one of the Historic Teams you can play as

Was hoping to tear it up with Hakeem...

Yeah. 90s Rockets never faced Jordan in the postseason, so they obviously don't matter.

That's my big thing about the game... yeah, Jordan's great and all, but he's been retired for eight years now! WHY IS INCLUDING HIM IN THE GAME THE BIG SELLING POINT?!

Yeah I know. I was watching the videos and on the cover was Jordan and I sitting there thinking are there no stars to show case and then I remember Kevin Durant. Young and becoming a superstar and the focal point of the U.S.A. team and has yet to be on the cover.

Well, to be fair, he's entering his fourth season, and has already been on the cover of March Madness and "NBA Elite 11"... It's more surprising to me that Lebron has never been the cover athlete when both Anthony and Wade have been.

LeBron probably wants too much money to be the "Face of NBA 2k" or "NBA Live"

Personally, i prefer NBA Live, but that's me. I won't bother getting into the redundant argument about "which is better?"

Remember all th 90's games, and the fact you could never get Jordan, (NBA Live, NBA Jam etc....)

I still have NBA live 95 for my PC.

I think its more due to the uncertainty of where these players would go this summer that the big names weren't targeted to be cover athletes.

love 2k and can't wait to get it again this year. If you're buying elite 11 prepare for another year of dissapointment, yea they probably have been overhyping the jordan thing but you have to think he hasn't been in a game since bulls vs. lakers so...

NBA Live 2003? Both in the legends and Wizards.

That is kool, hopefully they will have a lot of the old school teams other then from the 90s. Maybe the lakers,Celtics teams from 80s or the Houston Rockets team that won back to back. Shaq's Magic team back in 90s with Penny Hardaway.

Hopefully they let ya load your my player from 2k10. Otherwise forget it I spent way way way too much time on my player SG-Ralph Walsh 6'4 190lbs. overall rating 88.

October can't come early enough. I decided awhile ago that I was going to hold off on buying a PS3 until 2K11 came out, and now the date is finally coming closer. I heard that 2K10 was plagued with bugs and glitches, so I hope they resolved most of them for this release. Can't wait, this is gonna be great.
