the patterson pick looks funny, the outcome to this game...not so funny :( . that can all change by passing the ball to yao and scola in the 4th quarter. lest we forget the next 5/7 games were lottery teams last season.

Lowry out for the San Antonio game, back. If AB plays 40 minutes we lose. He cannot be n the floor for long stretches. Hope Ish and Lee are ready to play some point. 0-5 is looking more likely unless something happened in practice.

god daam lowry has to stop launching himself at the basket. for now maybe a few times a game, but that's it, untill this team starts winning games, and maybe after a month. doing things like that every chance he gets RIGHT AFTER that injury is not fun to watch, unless he makes his shots.

i have a feeling we're gonna beat the spurs. 2 days off, no back to back, team gets time to see whats going wrong, and maybe rick gives brooks an earful for not passing to yao or scola in the 4th. rockets and spurs are homies, and they dont wanna see houston start 0-5. that can leave the southwest division in danger of losing it's toughest division status. spurs dont want pple to think they're in a weak division, so they have to take a loss, for the southwest division. hornets were sposed to do that but they're too arrogant and cocky. spurs are classy.

Wtf why isn't Lowry playing? This team needs to go after a true pg because I'm convinced that Brooks as the starting point isn't going to cut it.

Back spasms. Why are you convinced that Brooks can't start? Martin is part of the problem as well.

No idea what to think at this point.

I'd love it if they brought Yao in off of the bench and started off the game by going to Scola. Yao could be a terrific 6th man option for the Rockets, and that could work much better with the minute/game limitations. Scola, meanwhile, needs to be the man on this team.

Both Brooks and Yao need to come off the bench. Brooks would be best suited as a Bobby Jackson or Jason Terry role.

Playing Brooks and Martin at the same time is redundant. One is a scoring pg who scores well with the ball and the other is a scoring sg who plays well without the ball and feeds off of other players. Neither of them could play defense. It would make sense to start Brooks and have Martin as the 6th man, but I consider Martin the better player and I think it would make more sense to have the better players in the starting lineup. Brooks is basically a shorter and quicker version of Jamal Crawford. Look at how much more success Jamal had when he became a 6th man in Atlanta.

For tonite's game, I think Lowry should start over Brooks. He can get other teammates involved since Brooks like to shoot first and pass later. Plus his defense is bad. Martin's offense will keep the opponent honest on defense. Also, I think Scola should come off the bench and lets see what Hill can do as a starter. Hill's hustle, rebounding, and defense looked impressive the other night. The Scola /Yao combo doesn't seem to work well since both need touches. Lets also see what Bud can do defensively since Battier seems to be ineffective thus far.

Scola off of the bench? He's our best player!

I stand by bringing Yao off of the bench, giving the start to either Miller or Hill.

Lowry is officially out for tonights game, right? I don't think that he made the trip to SA.

I'll go with that. Then Miller needs to start cuz the Yao/Scola combo doesn't seem to work. One thing i really feel is that Brooks should be coming off the bench unless Lowry is still having back spasms.

start Miller, Scola, Battier, Martin, Brooks and play Yao only in the 2nd half (so he'll play like 18-20 mpg) if need him in OT he can still play

We are the worst team in the league. The only team without a win. It hurts.
