What's wrong with the Houston Rockets forum?

Post#1 » by Jaykoolzboy » Wed Nov 17, 2010 1:06 am

Remember couple years back this was some of the most discussed page on RealGM, now seems like nobody gives a xxxx on the Rockets anymore. I understand last year Yao missed the entire season, but come on, he s back now. What's going on?

Is it because of
1. This team sucks
2. Tmac gone?
3. Yao sucks

yao and tmac has like 95% of the fans.

when or if this team gets rolling it should be more active. and if yao gets more minutes we might see fans from china that we haven't seen since 07/08

its very frustrating to see that 0-5 start, regardless of the new roster or chemistry issues. i think that drove some fans away

we did gain a kevin martin fan lol. if only he could change his avy :( . cmon son, martin is ballin, put a headband on him or something. this guido look is just BARF

cmon, doesn't it seem obvious to you. This team sucks.
I was posting back when francis was in 1st round with lakers and Tmac vs. Dallas.
Those were the good days. Now they cant even make the damn playoffs. The bulk of my posts were from those yrs and I don't have many compare to guys like max rider and Iggy who have been here for centuries... When we had at least winning season. Now this team is a joke.

I've still unfortunately seen every game this season, so I'm still following the Rockets, just haven't found the time or desire to post for some reason. And with the way we've played, it's real hard to wonder about our situation, likely not worse enough to get a TOP pick, and not good enough to make the playoffs in the West.

So the Rockets injury problems have affected the fans too?

I officially jumped on board the Rockets halfway through last year, and I've seen every game thus far this season. However, it is getting painful to watch because we keep losing. While I don't want to blame the bad start entirely to injures/tough schedule/bad luck...it would be nice to see our full roster out there for a change. Like the first game against the Lakers...there was a great energy with the team as we had so many weapons on the offensive end. We had the Lakers cornered for almost the entire game. But now it feels like we're missing something and outside of Scola and Martin, we can't really rely on anyone to put the ball in the hoop.
