These trades dump our expiring contracts, we receive a center, an all star small forward, and a new point guard with alot of potential. Of course we would haft to include picks for these trades to happen. I beleive it really improves the rockets to go after wallace instead of mello.

since my plan A for 2012 is to get Dwight Howard and Chris Paul
i don't want Harrington's long term contract to stop it from happening

I like the second one more than the first, because we're giving up WAY too much to get Nene. I have no desire for Harrington.

No way Charlotte does that trade. DJ > Brooks, Wallace > Jeffries and Battier.

True, but we want to stay under the luxury tax. I like this trade for us.
