Dragic isn't a free agent yet since we have a a team option on him for next season.

He will be a restricted free agent if we decline his option, which might be the way to go if Morey likes Dragic and wants to re-up him to cheap long term deal.

I read on the general board that's he's overrated and not worth more than 2-3mil/year.

But ya, I fear that some team will throw MLE type money at him, which why I kinda hope that the MLE gets eliminated in the new CBA.

I've been wanting to trade Scola since he signed that contract but I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

I'm not sure about waiting until 2012. So many teams will have cap room for 2012 as it stands.

Hayes = good/useful

Jeffries & Gooden = not good/useless

It only takes one team to like him and overpay.

I think Hayes deserves the MLE if he gets it, hes earned it for starting 2 full seasons for us while being paid 2mil/year

The problem with that is no one will take brad miller. Everyone who wants to wait till 2012 is basically saying that you don't mind us being in the same situation again next year. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying do something stupid or throw an insane amount of money at Gasol. But the problem w/ a strategy such as that is what happens when you wait and don't get the player/players you thought were going to be available? Then what......
