I don't quite get the picture.

Is it supposed to mean that politicians are mad that their scapegoat is gone and now they have to go to the trouble of finding a new one?
Or that Obama secretly wrote him letters of sweet nothings under cover of darkness, trusting their delivery to well trained carrier pigeons?

I kinda feel like that because the government likes to lie for their own good. If he is then great

I'm not even sure Osama bin Laden was a real person from the jump. As far as I know, the guy we know as bin Laden could have been a paid actor. I've never met the man to say otherwise. I'm not saying that was the case, but I'm saying I wouldn't put it past the government.

You bring up a point I never thought about. We can't believe everything we hear from the media or government..

The reason I'm like this is probably because of the show 24.. I think stuff happens all the time that we dont know about, and the things they do tell us about are false or not the complete truth.

I had no idea we have so many conspiracy theorists on this board. Is this the work of the Illuminati as well?

Now i'm not saying I'm some kind of a conspiracy theorist, but from what i've heard, his real name is Paul Logan. And he has a pet kangaroo that he likes to ride in his spare time.

I know this is all sudden and out of the blue, but I trust in my sources. They say their intel is real and I like to think that. I may be, I may be wrong, but i doubt it.

Me either. Kinda surprised.
Still, 4 words

Gulf of mf Tonkin.
(Admitted by the feds, mind you - admission being given by third parties - I.e. who really knows? I sure don't, its all a bunch of people trying to shape made-up-at-random "facts" to their own benefit, and the liar can be on none to all sides)

Edits:
Not saying that I think it was some conspiracy omg. I'm saying I don't know, can't know, and thus, don't care. Kinda agree with CDR; the thing I DO know is that we lost two financial centers, and are still? In wars that have cost at least 1.15 trillion and over 900k lives, so it'd better have been worth it.

I care more about the possibility that we're over 200 trillion in debt because the gummint doesn't have anyone to hold itself to standardized accounting practices like the rest of us have to do.

Something else that would be nice... It's entirely possible that all these wars actually are in the national interest. It sure would be nice, if such is true, if wild and wacky things like... actually being upfront with us... not clamping down on their own citizenry while blowing up everyone elses'... taking votes on these matters and actually bothering to put forth some sort of real argument for what's being done and actually having public support for things that are being done...

Yeah, it's all a pipe dream. Yeah, it's wildly untenable, politically. But damnit...

Sure is nice just being an entry on a ledger.

Hey, I am black. I have a natural suspicion of "The Man". As previously stated, I don't believe what I said to be the case. I'm pretty sure he was real. There is most certainly evil on that level in the world. What I am saying is that I wouldn't be surprised find out that our government, in conjunction with others, pissed on our heads and told us it was rain. It certainly wouldn't be the first time or the last. Heck, I'm still not certain I'm not in the Truman Show.

They'll release the photos and DNA when it's politically expedient. Nothing new, there. They're just waiting for some troglodyte like Michelle Bachmann or Sarah Palin to publicly claim a conspiracy, then BLAM! Have some, crazy lady. And bu-bye to your career.
