As to the guy on the far left:
Does anyone actually wear those 1950s rugby shirts? Or, as I suspect, are they only made for national commercial campaigns?

That is a 1950s baseball shirt... haha wondered why I didn't see a striped rugby shirt....
and yes I saw an older homeless man wearing a blue/white version of that earlier today.

no that is a guy that does not know what a philly cheese steak is. A philly is suppose to be greezy and damn near stop your heart
