Trade Proposal: 76ers and Bulls

Trade talk was put at a halt, what better time for a trade proposal
2 separate trades
Chicago receives
G: Courtney Lee
Houston receives
C: Omer Asik
We need a center bad. Omer Asik is a solid man to man defender and he is a good rebounder. He has 1 year left currently due $1.8 Mil. We can probably resign him to a good deal, a much better deal than $14 mil per year centers in the market are getting. He is 25 and I believe he will be more solid than any center available in the free agency in the long run with a much better contract.
I think what prevented the trade in the past is that Morey wants the bobcats pick from Chicago. Forget the pick, make it a straight up trade. We get a solid starting center and Chicago finally gets a good starting shooting guard.
2nd Trade
Philly receives:
F: Luis Scola
F: Jordan Hill and/or C: Hasheem Thabeet
Possibly Draft Pick
Houston receives:
G/F: Andre Iguodala
We need a defender at the wing. Andre Iguodala is in the top 3 wing defenders in the NBA. He is also a slasher and he is a very good playmaker. His weakness is his shooting. We also get rid of our glut at the power forward position. We get rid of Scola which we were planning to get rid of anyways. As I said he is not in the rockets future plans.
For Philly they are a young team and Iggy needs a new scenery. I think Iggy leaving will be good for both sides. They need to rebuild and Iggy has wasted enough time in Philly. They Scola is return, Brand lead them in scoring last season with 15ppg. Scola will easily be their best scoring option and he can run the floor and fit their style of play. Their starting center Hawes averaged 21mpg, they might be intrigued with either Thabeet and/or Hill to add to their front court. and of course a possible draft pick if need be to finalize the deal.
Rockets Roster
G: Lowry/Dragic/Flynn
G: Martin/T Will
F: Iguodala/ Budinger
F: Morris/ Patterson
C: Asik/ Hayes?
In Adelmans offensive system, it looks like a solid team offensively and defensively. We get a solid center without having to vastly overpay them $14 mil a year. To me, this looks like a solid roster and I think the trades scenarios are realistic.
