Wonder if the Kings will try to re-sign Dalmebert instead.

We'll take him back when he gets healthy.

Don't know whether to be happy that this means we have a shot at him again, or concerned for his health. How big of a concern is it?

We should sign him regardless of his condition, if he cant play, let him retire a Rocket!
I'm guess he has an irregular heartbeat, which could be very serious, could be imbalances in blood, or he could be completely healthy and heart is just off rhythm at times(i don't understand it either, had it my freshman year)

Sounds good. If he can play, 1/3rd of the big picture for the chris paul trade is still on our team. If he can't play, have him retire a rocket.

thought i'd update ya'll

I am still working for further confirmation, but I have been told by two sources close to the situation that Chuck Hayes was diagnosed with Pericarditis, an inflammation of the sack surrounding the heart that can be life-threatening. The Kings subsequently nullified the veteran forward's four-year, $21 million deal. Hayes, who had been penciled into Paul Westphal's starting lineup, has asked the Kings to refrain from commenting and plans to address the matter himself at a later date.

Good news it seems treatable and curable.

Cleveland Clinic says he's cleared to play.

we already have 14 players under guaranteed contract
if we get Hayes back
that mean there wont be any playing time for Thabeet
limited min to Patterson, Hill, Morris, TWill

He'll join up with Adelman in Minnesota.

My enthusiasm overwhelmed me... Nonetheless, would Adelman have space for him in Minny? They are also very stacked at the 4.

Phoenix could use him though. They could use a 4 that isn't Channing Frye.

Chuckwagon should re-sign in Houston now, considering that he was given the "all clear" by Doctors in Cleveland.

We have literally no money to resign him after Dalembert. I dont think the Chuckwagon would be pleased with a vet minimum contract after signing on a 20 million deal.
