Perfect plan

With the Rockets declining all of their options today, this sets us up with quite a bit of cap space for the offseason. Only Lowry, Martin, Scola, and Morris are guaranteed for next year.
Now we all know that the Rockets just refuse to tank, so they can do 1 of 2 things, either of them don't go against the teams philosophy. Keep the team intact and compete for the rest of the year, at the deadline attempt to pick up D-will or Superman, both attempts will most likely fail, although D-will is much more likely because lowry is playing out of his mind and makes a PG swap look a lot better with the fear of losing d-will in the offseason.
Regardless of the deadline though at seasons end you will have ample cap space to sign both D-will and Howard as long as you can dump either Scola or Martin or use them in a sign and trade for either one, and whoever is left over you could use to acquire another starter that plays defense and fits better with our 2 stars. Considering that they both want to play together, and stars like to live in houston and no state tax, basically moray doesn't have to wow them with an iPad, a parade, and the idea of playing next to an oft injured Center. Plus its easier to meet up here than both be traded to the same team
yes its a long shot, but if miami can acquire dwade bosh and lebron, nothing is impossible.
