While it is unclear when Kevin Martin will be able to return from the shoulder issues that have kept him out for the past six games, he has been able to get an understanding for why the problems have persisted.

An MRI performed on Wednesday revealed a tear in the labral of his right shoulder. Tests showed the tear to be a preexisting injury. He re-aggravated it Feb. 2 and continued to play with occasional issues.

could be done for the season, have to wait and see.

could also be a good thing. dragic's been ballin and when lowry's back, his minutes wont take a huge dip. a backcourt rotation of lowry/lee/dragic should be great on both ends of the court.

we'll miss his scoring, but this team is playing really well w/o the starting backcourt. parsons in march is avg 13/5/3, 60ft%, 58fg%, 44 3p%. scola is back to his 18/8/2 numbers. and you know what dragic is doing. just need to get lowry back to make that playoff push

Lee is just so much better defensively. Can we just trade Martin on draft night for a mid first round pick?

Well I hope this does not effect my hopes of him being traded on draft day.

if lee had more confidence in his shot we wouldnt need martin's scoring. last 6 games from lee is the definition of inconsistency. good shooting, bad shooting, good shooting, bad shooting etc

im confident this team can mak ea playoff push w/o martin. we just need lowry back. we got enough shooters to fill the void of martin's shooting. scola, dragic, lee, parsons are all playing well after the all star break. adding camby is a huge defensive boost (i hope he can play well enough to be the starter).

lowry/dragic
lee/dragic
parsons/bud
scola/pat
damby

thats a playoff team in my books

i believe his contract expires next season, so there will be teams wanting an expiring contract.

it's not a bad thing without martin. he's a liability on the floor. one would argue his scoring would cover his weakness. the thing is, his offensive game has been pretty shaky.

You don't come around as often as you used to... ever since Yao & McGrady left whats up?
And now I realize how long I been a visitor/member of this site like since mid-school.

I remember when you had turning 16 in ur sig :o

Well, I guess this gives Martin a lil excuse for his crappy play... OR maybe they are pullin another McGrady cause they know he is just gonna hurt his stock?
