He had 10 1st team votes and 13 2nd team votes for 33 pts

7 players made it onto the 1st team since 3 of them tied for the 5th spot
Kyrie Irving (58 pts)
Ricky Rubio (49)
Kenneth Faried (46)
Klay Thompson (43)
Iman Shumpert (40)
Kawhi Leonard (40)
Brandon Knight (40)

I think Parsons should have made the first team instead of Knight and Shumpert.

2nd team
Parsons (33)
Isaiah. Thomas (27)
Marshon Brooks (18)
Derrick Williams (16)
Tristan Thompson (16)

Well at least he had more votes than the 2nd overall and 4th overall picks in last year's draft

Glad to see parsons getting the appreciation he deserves!

Good list other than knight making first team and I don't think Williams should have made it on the second team(would have put biyombo on second team over him)

Should have been first team, but it's good to see the guy get some recognition outside of Houston!

he's definitely deserving to be on an all rookie team. he has all star talent that he can reach by working hard in the offseason. he's gonna work on his shot, 3pters, free throws, and bulking up. if this is how he's gonna spend his time in offseasons, then we might've lucked out and got ourselves an all star. or as some of you say, the white lebron james.

Yep, over Brandon Knight.
