Trade offer for Pick #14 (or #16) (please view game log)

Would you trade #14 or #16 to the Celtics for Avery Bradley? If you don't know I'll give you a little back ground. Avery was draft #19 in 2010 by the Celtics after 1 year at Texas. Coming out of high school Rivals had him ranked higher than John Wall. He was drafted as a point but is more of a 2 guard. He is a
great defender and a good three point shooter.

no thx. we already got lee and lowry to guard the backcourt. even if we lose lowry, lee's a really good defender. i dont like how bradley's a 6'2 defensive 2guard. he's has a pg body
he didnt shoot the 3pt well in the playoffs. i dunno about his pg skills, but if we lose lowry or dragic, we'd need a backup. i wouldnt mind trading the 16th for bradley. we get rid of kevin martin then bradley will def get more minutes

bradley is around 6'3" with long wingspan
more like less bulky version of tony allen but with better shooting
he's no chris paul or russell westbrook
his ball handling skill is alright for guard
if marshall or teague is available at 14th or 16th pick
i see no reason for the trade
as rocketsballin said we got lowry and lee
our biggest need is still center

no and I wouldn't even consider it. We have a defensive stopper already and he's not bad offensively either. Bradley has a lot of potential and he finally started showing it this year but we don't "need" a player like him. Why do you want two more picks anyways, you really think you guys would use FOUR picks in the first round?

That was an "or" not an "and". Only looking for one additional pick. This looks like a rebuilding year.

Bradley is a much better defender than many of you give credit for. I don't think I've seen a former rookie that defended just as well as Bradley has in the recent years. For a rookie, this guy is not just a good defender. He's a GREAT defender. Still, there are many things he needs to improve, particularly with PG skills and shooting. I don't see him becoming an all-star, but the guy seems to have a great attitude and an endless motor that will keep him in the league for years.
Like Max said, I would only trade for him depending on who's available at those draft picks. I would probably part one of those picks for Bradley.

Okay, thanks for the correction. Aside from that my argument still stands.

Would you do a trade of the GSWs 7th pick and Andris Biedrins for 14th, 16th, and Samuel Dalembert?
Why for GSWs, they used their amnesty on Charlie Bell and not on Biedrins. He needs a fresh start to rejuvenated his career.
Why for HOU, top heavy draft that may yield Myers Leonard, Bradley Beal, Austin Rivers, and so on.
The 14th and 16th are full of tweener players like Terrence Jones, Perry Jones, and also one dimensional players.

Hmm, don't think so. Not when we're absorbing a longer contract from someone who's injury prone.

I think that the Rockets would be willing to take on Biedrins' salary with the #7 pick as the compensation. There would be no picks or players of any value going back to Golden State.
