Rockets assets losing value

I keep thinking about how our picks will help our trade cause becasue I'm just not happy with the team. Lamb was ok and Jones was a value pick, but once again what the hell is the direction of the team? Pray Monie turns out to be Hakeem? Not likely...
Top to bottom valuable trade assets:

1. Kyle Lowry - you never get full value for someone requesting a trade, plus PGs are a dime a dozen
2. Kevin Martin - Seems McKale pointed out the flaws in his game to other teams, been trade bait for a while and still no takers. Health has recently also been an issue.
3. Louis Scola - Still servicable, but on the decline with a multiyear contract.
4. Gorin Dragic- may be the best asset, but Unrestricted FA and we want to keep him
5. Courtney Lee- A good starter, great backup Rockets want to keep him.
6. Patrick Patterson- Minutes went up last year, production not so much. 6'9" PFs are not hard to find, ask the Rockets...
7. Chandler Parsons - increasing his value, we'll see how much he can improve on his Rookie year
8. Motieunas- Staying put, this year ride him like a rented mule to see what he's made of
9. Marcus Morris - 6'9" PF
10. #12 Lamb - could be a shorter Rudy Gay, could be Corey Brewer.
11. #16 White - 6'8" PF - If we were gonna make a trade, wouldn't the pick have been Zeller. A lot of teams need a center including ATL & ORL
12. #18 Jones - 6'9" PF - A value talent pick at a non valuable position. A lot of teams wanted Melo.
13. Shaun Livingston - Backup combo gaurd that can't stay healthy
14. Jon Brockman - 6'8" PF
15. Jon Leuer - 6'9" PF
16. Greg Smith - 6'9" PF

So if we are not trading Motie, what do we really have? Houston we have a problem.

Our assets were always overrated anyways. Mainly by the fans but still if our assets were so great we would've moved them by now. There is not one player on this team excluding lowry, MAYBE Scola or k-mart that would be a top 3 player on a good team. All of our guys are players who will add a lot to a team that ALREADY has players that can carry the load.... Thats the real reason we can't maintain a consistent, good record because I think most of our players play better than their skill....

Jazz fan here, basically wondering two things:

1) Does Kevin McHale still love Al Jefferson?

and 2) what are you going to do with like 8 power forwards?

No, Jefferson is a putrid defender and not what we need.

It doesn’t matter what McHale likes, Morey is in charge and I think he knows better than to trade for Big Al.

1 - we dont want jefferson, but since he can play power forward im sure morey and mchale will find it in their hearts to add him to our laundry list of pfs

2 - we're gonna add more pfs to the 8 or so pfs we currently have. morey and mchale have a pf fetish and they'll stop at nothing to make the rockets the first "All Power Forward Team".
