Just a a couple of questions I have. I could look them up, but I'm lazy and scatterbrained, so I figured I'd see if anyone here knew the answers.

1) Can a team currently with a salary hit in the Luxury Tax level do sign & trade deals?

2) Is there a limit on how many offer sheets a team can put out at the same time for RFA's?

Yes teams can still do S&T's while in luxury tax, but this is the last year they will be allowed. Im not sure about a limit on offer sheets, but I have never heard of one.

They can not or that is what I heard. It was something about having to shed salary before offering Asik his offer sheet.

2.) Not if you have enough cap space, I don't think.
