Most players would give a generic positive outlook on their team when asked about competing with the favorites, but Houston Rockets guard, Kevin Martin, kept it as real as it gets when asked if the new-look, less experienced Rockets can compete with the Western Conference front-runners (Lakers, Thunder, Mavs), telling HOOPSWORLD:

“No. No, definitely not…not with the Lakers, Thunder, teams like that.”
