Houston's Next Coach

Take a trip with me to the magical land of make-believe...

Let's say that Kevin McHale has to suddenly resign as the Rockets head coach because he was unexpectedly elected the mayor of Boston. Dude feels that civic duty and quits his day job to go be the mayor of Beantown.

The Rockets have to name a new head coach, but they don't have time for a search. They have to appoint one of the current assistants as the new head guy.

I think that it comes down to two guys: Chris Finch or Kelvin Sampson.

Which guy would you rather see take the reins of this young team?

Kelvin Sampson will be able to command respect of the locker room immediately.

Chris finch is more of an unknown. If youre looking for immediate success then Sampson.

But i like Finch if nothing just because Morey think so highly of him. I think Finch will eventually end up HC of the Rockets. We'll see.
