Same thing as the previous thread. What do you need to see from the following players for you to consider the upcoming season as successful for each of them?

Omer Asik - 7'0" Center. Two years NBA experience. For years the Rockets have been looking for their next dominant big man. They have tried, unsuccessfully, in past seasons to acquire this former Bull before finally making an offer that Jerry had to refuse. This man is known for his defense and lack of offense. This will be the first time in his NBA career where he will be expected to play starter's minutes.

Chandler Parsons - 6'9" Small Forward (Yes, Small Forward). 1 year NBA experience. The unexpected surprise of the 2012 season, Chandler Parsons became the rock of the Rockets lineup. Long, lean and explosive, Parsons came out of nowhere to surprise just about everyone. This season he faces something he has not faced in the NBA yet: high expectations.

Terrence Jones - 6'9" Power Forward. Rookie. Perhaps no rookie on the Rockets roster showed more promise than the young forward from Kentucky. Athletic, aggressive with great court awareness. He understands that he won't be given anything, but it suits him to have to prove the he is deserving of time on the court.

What are your thoughts on these guys? What do they need to do to have you say that they had a successful 2012-2013 season?

My 3 Favorite Rockets!

We will go as far as these 3 guys can take us... seriously their improvement > anything else Rockets wise.

Lin/Harden main appeal is to bring more attention to this team so that the world will realize what we have know for a year.

Chandler Parsons is the White LBJ, and he is going to destroy this league.

Asik - finallly a 7 foot center, sorry but Dalembert and Camby are listed as 6'11" not 7' yet
Parsons - big surprise last year, i don't have high expectation from him, just keep going what he was doing last year would be fine
Jones - he's smart, he knows his role and he sticks to it

I want to see Jones play tonight. Morris was really tough to watch. And to think, we could have take Leonard over Morris...... :-?
