I'm surprised we actually closed it out, because our turnovers were still a problem, and they were killing on the offensive glass -- then consider we've lost these sorta games all season...I didn't think it'd happen.

Harden was very good offensively. I'm forgetting a little, but did he even have ONE of those "get the ball at halfcourt, dribble iso or 14+ seconds of the shot clock" sort possessions? He probably did, but I don't recall ever thinking "I hated that possession," when he had the ball.

Parsons has 4 double doubles. I don't like Patterson, but he played well. 20/8.

Greg Smith seems to make a couple good plays when he's on the court. Asik was good, and a big balls shot by Douglas basically gave us the momentum to win..

He has many qualities but he needs to show his game with confidence

Doubt it will be a last chance. Anyone in management would give him a full season and then re-evaluate from there. Also because its virtually a brand new team - its a MINIMUM of a year to see where this team can go, but you won't really see this team start to show its strengths til year 2, and there is the free agency moves after this season - to strengthen our lineup.

We are in the 1st season of the rebuild, not even 25% into season.

Reality sucks but its true.

I recommend looking at Steve Nash's first 3 years - or since they are trying to make lin do more spot-up shooting

Look at John Stockton's early numbers - even in his 3rd year and over 5500 minutes he was shooting under 18% from beyond the arc.

The Linsanity thing was amazing but we are coming back down-to-earth because now Lin's headspace is all sorts of screwed up.

He needs to just ball and not worry about a thing. If benching inspires him to play with reckless abandon - and just BALL. then so be it. But I wouldn't count him out.
