I've tried simpler versions, TMAC, TMac, etc. But all of them were taken...and I still feel like I'm too associated with TMAC to change it to something completely different.

I he is as well spoken as he was in the interview, I wouldn't mind seeing him commentating.

Glorious moment: He horse ride on Shawn Bradley
Tough moment: 2nd round virgin
Overall, a steal for a 9th pick out of high school.

Top 10 all time shooting guard? First ballot hall of famer?
I would say no to both.

Re: T-Mac Officially Retires
I think it's kinda sad. A peak TMAC would be a top 2-3 shooting guard, a 2-3 small forward and probably a top 10 point guard in any era. To say that he could do whatever he wanted to, by way of incredible athleticism, savvy and dexterity, would be an understatement.
I figure that popular opinion probably wouldn't count him as a top 10 shooting guard of all time. His greatness on the court simply does not reduce well onto a resume. In 5 years, most of those starting out in their nba fandom will judge his ability by way of grainy youtube clips. He would've lead the league in scoring once, have some gaudy numbers, no playoff wins, let alone championships.
But in most people's top 10, there are Jordan, Bryant, West and Oscar. These 4 are immutable. Then in many, there's some combination of Drexler, Pearl, Gervin, Maravich, Dumars, Ray Allen, Reggie Miller and Sam Jones.
To me, to account for greatness, I don't think having an outstanding resume is good enough. You have to change how the game is played. With that in regard, those that made and broke their position come first. In that list, Maravich counts, so does Gervin and Pearl, and to a degree, Miller and Sam Jones. The last spot goes to TMAC.

Ah, Maravich. Right up there with Iverson in the "Nightmarishly Horrible Chucker but Extremely Entertaining Player who Changed the Game"
Both for the worse, some purists and stat heads may argue, but still, they probably both deserve to get in, even if the reasons are stupid.
It's the Hall of FAME not the Hall of EFFECTIVENESS, after all..
Regarding Tmac, for 3 straight seasons he was clearly far superior to Kobe. That's a third of quite a few HOF careers, with another 4 seasons being notable.
It'd be nice if there was one military drone fully dedicated toward slapping someone in the head every time they uttered a phrase related to detracting from a players' career due to playoff success.
