McHale says he will alternate start Lin and Beverley in preseason, so it is Beverley turn.
Spurs is a much better opponent to try the twin towers lineup (unless Duncan is resting tonight

I think McHale will try to use his regular season 9 men rotation in this game. Don't know who is the 9th player, since last game he only used 8 and Jones wasn't available that day. Maybe we will see some Jones at backup PF and Casspi to play some backup SF.

We get to see how the Rockets will play against our main competition this season. Should be a good game

I was looking at the Rockets' preseason shooting stats, and they look unbelievable.



How can every single one of our main perimeter players be shooting so well? Just a lucky hot streak? Or is the presence of Dwight really just opening things up that wide? On the other hand, though, Dwight's fg% is only 43%.

They have been a little bit more open than last year but their hot shooting is likely due more to them having fresh legs than anything else. Also, its a small sample size so look for it to trend down. Dwights FG should hopefully trend up as he finds a rhythm, get into better position, and THE GUARDS LEARN HOW TO THROW ENTRY PASSES!

The game is on TNT too.

I'm watching this game and I'm wondering if we'll have the best bench in the league or potentially one of the best front courts (if Asik, Howard and Parsons can get comfortable)?

Our depth and pace over an 82 game season will kill teams, I think.
