Canaan & Covington have been sent down to dominate the D-League!

Hmm...it's like we've seen this before with Rockets rookies. As most of us realize, the Rockets utilize the D-League as well as anyone in the NBA. I'd argue that the Rockets use it the best.

I would still like to see more rules put in place to make it more of a farm system, but being able to bring players up and down without limits was a great start last season.

Canaan and Covington should do well. Also Jordan Henriquez and BJ Young are on the squad.

Yeah, he's been very good it seems. Covington's numbers are solid as well.

Raptors just waived DJ Augustin. He would be great in the RGV run and gun system
They already have one ex Raptor in James Johnson

Holy cow the Vipers shot 50 3pt shots on December 10th. What do they just dribble the ball down and fling up a shot? Looks like EVERYbody has green light to chuck from 3.

It must be working 8-0. Troy Daniel is averaging 25ppg on almost 49% from 3pt line. Good god. Do we have this guy's right?

Grizzlies called up one of the Vipers, James Johnson.
He was playing pretty well for RGV. Might need to send Motiejunas down there if he isn't traded.

Good let's get him some time. Hopefully this means Asik intends to play basketball again.
