rockets not doing well because they are not assisting and making shots 3 pointers

rockets was doing well near end of season because

they had the 2 mexican 3 bombers

delfino and garcia

if one of them had off night

the other would step up

and when both of them had good nights expect blow outs

now they let delfino go

the fans miss delfino

he was never the same after the injury in middle of season

delfino was funny

delfino was opposite of garcia

garcia has the tough face

i remember last season rockets was blowing out a lot of opponents by 20 points

Re: the Mexican 3 bombers....

Delfino is from Argentina

Garcia is from the Dominican Republic

Neither Argentina, nor the DomRep are part of Mexico.

For future reference, the following Rockets are not "Mexican"

Donatas Motiejunas (Lithuania)

Omer Asik (Turkey)

Jeremy Lin (USA)

Omri Casspi (Israel)

James Harden (4th member of ZZ Top)

Can't have any mexi-cants on our team!

I'm on my phone or I would upload the mexi-can't scene from once upon a time in Mexico

I would love to have a mexican on the team though. Diversity is good. Thats why i was big on trading for Jose Calderon.

- hasn't even been 10 games

- chemistry

- mchale not managing egos/being a spineless coward

Damn right he hates Lin. Probably because he's not Mexican.

rockets are doing well...rs barely started and the team is searching for chemistry...we have a great team they just need more playing time together....the most important thing is to time form for the playoffs...

The reason why the rockets are not doing well, is because of mchale's stupid 8 man rotation. He just let t-jones, brewer and d-mont rot on the bench where clearly their +/- are much better than those of the starters

Not hitting their 3 is part of the problem, especially since the 3 guys that's most off their 3 game so far is you know... Harden / Parsons / Beverley.... when we complain about the Twin Tower's spacing we might also take note that it's not helping matters any that the 3 guys starting with them are bricking shots. and it's not just contested once, I counted at least 4 Asik offball screen that ended up with a Parsons /Beverley open corner jumper in the Clipper's first quarter with the Twin Tower, and they bricked all 4 shot.

Meanwhile, on the exact same play, JJ Redick hit his falling sideways.

The Assisting part I'm far less concern with though another aspect that's scarying me is that with small ball lineup we had spurts in the last couple games where we're throwing the ball away in the most absurd fashion.

If the rockets are going to play the clippers every single game for 82 games. They would've gone 0-82.

Love watching the Rockets play but McHale is just a bad HC. He doesn't hold his star players accountable for their failures. It's still early in the season so we'll see

Nothing wrong with McHale.

If the Rockets were hitting their threes at a clip similar to the norm, we would 5-2 or 6-1. We will be heavily favored in our next six games and in two weeks could easily be 10-3 and sitting in first place. People need to have patience.

The losses to the Lakers (who got blown out by the Wolves last nite) and the Clippers were really a case of McHale being out coached by Dantoni and Doc. As been previously discussed - effective rotations, defensive adjustments and execution (i.e., the last play against the Lakers) have been lacking. Hope you're right for the sake of Rocketfans.
