Cavs now willing to trade Wiggins for him. Only a matter of time. Flexibility For the Win!!!!!

Bye bye love
Bye bye happiness
Hello loneliness
I think I'm-a gonna cry-y
Bye bye love
Bye bye sweet caress
Hello emptiness
I feel like I could die
Bye bye my love goodbye

Meh already have one player that does not play defense.

Can't imagine the Cavs trading the first overall for Love. Such a stupid trade in so many ways. Love is worth the first overall.

Did you mean to type "Is" or "Isn't"?

I think he's probably worth Wiggins, personally, but that Grantland article makes some really good points about how they probably don't even need to do that, which would be an even better option.
Meanwhile, the Wolves have some great leverages, too.

We're watching two historically incompetent front offices battle it out here.
This should be good!

Meanwhile, on the home front:

Screw it.
Harden to CLE for Wiggins, Waiters, Varejao
Howard to DET for Drummond, Jennings

Those are your new starting 5 with Bev, TJ, DMo and Ariza off the bench (trade Ariza in Dec for a young player)

Shyeeeeeeeeeeeet I'd TOTALLY do that.
CLE and DET would have to be clinically insane though.

I don't know why CLE would do this if the 'Love wanting to play with LeBron" rumors are true and would sign with CLE next offseason anyway. Not worth trading Wiggins just so you can get Love one year earlier.

Harden was 1st team All-NBA and LeBron really likes him. He could be the new healthy Wade. I think if LeBron had to choose between Love and Harden he would choose Harden.

Detroit needs star power and Drummond isn't there yet. Howard would give them someone to build around with his friend Smith at PF. Dwight had a monster game against the Pistons this past season.

Anyway, it's all dreaming anyway. I don't think most fans would want to start over from scratch.

LeBron is on a 2 yr contract where the 2nd yr is a player option. So basically, he could be gone after this season if the Cavs can't prove they've got what it takes to win. They can't afford to waste a season waiting for Love to be a free agent. If they under perform this year, or show LeBron that they're not willing to spend or make whatever moves are necessarily to win now, Lebron can opt out and leave after this year.

There is about a .0000001% LeBron would leave after one year. It will not happen, that's just silly. He would become the most hated player in the history of sports if he did that. LeBron will definitely be a Cav for at least 4 years.

Not likely, but a lot can change in a year. Did anyone think he would be gone from Miami a year ago? He'll be hated, sure, but he's been there before.

If Cleveland wins the title or gets to the finals he stays. if they don't the Knicks will finally be free of Amare and Bargnani and have a ton of cap space. LeBron and Melo on Broadway with Phil pulling the strings? You know it's gonna happen eventually.

Me? I didn't EXPECT it, but totally saw it as a possibility.
