Seven unforced turnovers during the 4th wasn't looking good.

The Suns collected 14 offensive rebounds vs 4 for the Rockets.
There is such thing called "box out" to keep even the taller and stronger opponents away from the paint areas.

rockets fans are too hard on mcgee. we only need him for 2-3months and he wont get much playing time and on a contract thats not even 1mil. he'd just be there for spot minutes when we get outrebounded or foul trouble or injruies, till dwight gets back.

if he'd accept a one year min contract for next year i'd take it. tlow risk/high reward. he wont cause any problems in the locker room or w/e, rockets wont let that happen

if mcgee is willing to accept one year minimum contract he is already wearing celtics uniform

since its only a few hundred thousand dollars for the rest of this season (12 games) and the playoffs, if he does become a problem rockets can make dismiss him from the team.

he wants the player option for next year as well
that mean guaranteed contract
first you have to waive dorsey
he has one year left on his contract
then you sign mcgee another one with one year next year
it's not just few hundred thousand dollar
it is 3-4 million
they must few good about howard returning next week

They don't have to waive Dorsey they can waive Pablo Prigioni (guaranteed for only 300k next year) or McDaniels (RFA). You would lose the right to match any offers for KJ but they wouldn't match any big offers for him anyway and should focus on Brewer anyway.

Howard isn't going to come back 100% right away and it would be stupid of them to give him too much minutes
I don't care if McGee wants a player option. Most likely he would use it anyway to try and sign another long term deal.
