Wow...
This has been quite the entertaining season for Rockets fans.
Last season ended with that knife the to the heart, then an off-season of hope and promise fizzled out as the name-chasing didn't work and that one guy who we thought was part of the program took his talents up 45 North.
Now the team is ending on one of the most successful seasons in Franchise History...and the team never really played with most of their key guys healthy at the same time!
Morey got a lot of flack for not making those "Big" moves, but he deserves credit for those "small" moves. Corey Brewer, Trevor Ariza, Pablo Money & Houston Rocket Legend Jason Terry look to be major low-key coups. He stuck with Mr. Jones & D-Crowe, both whom have shown to be so necessary seeing as how they have not had much of a chance to play together.
Capela was a non-factor most of the season, but has shown promise. Dorsey has shown to be a solid backup big and big-time look-a-like for Dwight. Papa Smearf had his season cut short by a freak injury, but took advantage when he had the chance.
One guy Morey doesn't get credit for is Josh Smith. No one saw that coming. Thank you, Detroit, for being so fed up with the guy that you decided to pay him to play for our team!
We just witnessed one of the best regular seasons in Rockets history. Now we are on to what could be one of the greatest playoff series we have ever seen.
Think about this...OUR ENTIRE DIVISION MADE THE FREAKING PLAYOFFS!!!
We are all in for some great basketball over the next several weeks. I am confident that our guys will do quite well, much to our delight and much to the absolute hatred of everyone around the league who just can't appreciate just how awesome we are down in H-Town!
I need some Playoff-exclusive gifs to add to the Victory Dance. Help me out here!
GO ROCKETS!!!

Revenge for 2005. I'm not sure who here remembers that, but it was a tough series to lose.
