I don't believe he's signed yet, but I might be wrong.

All indications are the Rockets are looking for an impact player (like Ty Lawson) in trade and Harrell may be needed in the event Jones and/or Motiejunas are moved.

That's what I was thinking, it makes sense for any additional trade to wait until Morey makes his move to upgrade at PG. Personally, I think you guys should be on the phone with Bird at Indiana to see if you can get George Hill. I think he's a better fit for your roster than Lawson would be.

George Hill would be a great fit, but I imagine those guys are trying to win and want to keep him.

i don't know if Pacers is trying to win now
they go from Hibbert/West/George frontline to Hill/Turner/George
not that Hibbert is playing any good the past year
but losing West and Stephenson is huge for them
i say they are in semi-rebuilding mode now
no reason for them to trade Hill if they are not getting a PG in return

Harrell hasn't sign yet
i believe Morey is waiting for KJ deal to settle first (can only re-sign KJ using MLE, Arenas rule whatever you call that)
as you know he likes to use part of MLE to sign 2nd rounder to 1st rounder like contract (4 years, first two years guaranteed to get their full bird right - 2nd rounder contract is not guaranteed)

In general, I totally agree but it's the East and Paul George is back.

I'd be very happy with George Hill in Houston.

i don't think George+Hill is enough to make it to the playoff in the East
George is more all around player than dominate scorer like Melo
he doesn't have anyone else to help him score
Turner is still a rookie
you have Cleveland, Miami, Chicago, Milwaukee, Washington, Atlanta, Toronto being the top 7 team in the East
watch out for Detroit
anyway Hill contract isn't bad
so if Indiana want to trade him it won't be until after all-star game

I think it's safe to say he had a really strong summer and preseason. I imagine he'll be spending some time as a Viper also.

He's getting time early in his career and looking like a good pro. I wonder if he'll go to the Ds when Motiejunas returns.

Faried is a special kind of hustle and I suspect Harrell isn't that guy. Hopefully though.
I think he's more Jeff Adrien than Faried.

Faried was/is a good comparison. I just don't understand why Montrezl is such a poor rebounder.
