Houston Rockets 2015/2016 Schedule

The Houston Rockets 2015/2016 schedule has been out a little while, but this is the first time I've looked over it. This is going to be a tough year seeing as how the West is even more loaded than it was last season.
On first glance I did not see any 4 games in 5 nights, but I seem to remember something about the NBA doing away with those.
The Rockets do have 19 sets of back-to-back games. 18 of the 19 involve travel. The only one that doesn't involve travel between the games is a set against the Lakers and Clippers in Staples Center. I still do not like that aspect of NBA scheduling. One of the Rockets back-to-back situations will be the Christmas game against San Antonio followed the next night by a road game against the Pelicans. Both are nationally televised.
Speaking of that, I count 23 nationally televised games, 10 at home and 13 on the road. Those can always change as the season progresses.
I wish that I could point to an easy part of the schedule, but I really don't see one. Maybe the beginning of the season, so let's hope that they get out of the gates hot and chalk up some early wins. It's going to be a war of attrition in the last couple of months with the West heavyweights throwing and taking punches.
I'm ready for the season to start. Go Rockets!

West is stacked yet again so I can't see a team in the west winning 60+ games especially the rockets with Spurs, grizz, pelicans and yes even the mavs in the same division.
55 wins division champs again

last 5 games are vs Mavs, Lakers, Suns, T-Wolves and Kings, maybe one of those teams makes the playoffs or none. So that might affect a close playoff race.
Remember this season winning your division means nothing as far as seeding goes. Rockets would not have had home court advantage vs Clippers last season had that rule been in effect since they had a better record vs Western Conference opponents.

Yep, I like the last 5 games as "tune up" games and a chance to rest some guys.
Question is, will Boogie still be with the Kings by then or traded to a real contender? He'd be scary on the Heat.

Till the end of November, we could very well go 17-0 or 16-1, if we gel well.
Btw I just got my Denver tickets as well. Section 110. Looking forward to the season opener!

Rockets will have some growing pains early in the season...chemistry still needs to be developed with Lawson and the gang.

I think they need to split the first 4, then they really only have a pair of games against Memphis and some B2B games that are challenging.
14-4 would be a realistic start for the first two months imo.
