Can this season be salvaged?

16-19.
Did anyone think that this team would be 3 games under .500 at any point this season, much less at the beginning of the New Year?
It just appears that this team is fundamentally broken. The question is what can be done to fix them?
Is 2015/2016 a lost cause, or can they rally?
Do they need a new coach?
Should Morey be on the hot seat?
I hope that they don't make some uber-reactionary moves, but something needs to be done with this team. There is too much talent on that floor to be sporting a 16-19 record.

i think this season could be salvaged
we are not winning the tittle we are no where close .. warriors spurs are 3 level higher than rockets
just make a couple good trades move up in the standing and beat the clippers or thunder
if this happens we can consider this a good season

Even if they could rally, they aren't catching GS or SAS, so who cares. Who saw this when GS was the 8 seed in 2012-13?

27 games left.
What's going to happen with this roster? Can this team still pull it together for a playoff run?

i think Howard will still be on the team
there will be no major trade
couple of minor one probably (Morey always made trades before trade deadline)
also buyout Terry contract to create roster spot for 10 days contract
we will get the 8th spot in the playoff and get sweep by the Warriors
