Is he closer to Brian Cook, or Steve Novak?

I know nothing about this player. I'm assuming that we'll be seeing him in the Summer League in a couple weeks.

I love him but he's probably not an NBA player because he's so unathletic. 6'10 with a smooth offensive game and a high quick release that's really hard to contest. Last season he shot almost 44% on threes over on 5 attempts a game I believe. That's alot.
