Midterm Grade: Houston Rockets Overall

Tonight's game against the Timberwolves will be Game 41, making this the half-way point of the season.
So far it has been a fun right. The offense has been hitting its stride, the defense is better than expected, and James Harden is playing on an MVP level.
What is your midterm grade for the Rockets? How have they exceeded your expectations? Are they actually playing at the level you expected? Where can they still improve?
I read earlier that D'Antoni believes that the Rockets offense has a lot of room for improvement. I hope that is true because I really want to see what he means about it possibly being better and more efficient!
