Sweet Lou Williams is now a Rocket. I know that a lot of people will be happy about this trade for many reasons.

Thanks to Brew for his time in Houston. I am uneasy giving up a draft pick; but I guess that this is a win-now move.
GO ROCKETS!!!

The Lakers could get a good player with that pick the rockets sent to the Lakers. This is a very deep nba draft. I heard Lou Williams enjoyed surfing in the pacific ocean, he won't get the same level in Texas, Texas has the gulf of mexico which is not comparable to the pacific.

I simply can't make sense of this deal which makes me not like it. Great value yes but is it what the Rockets needed no. Rather a wing that can do spot duty at the 4.

There are many plus points for this trade for Rockets.
- No more Brewer
- Add insurance for Gordon/Bevs
- Rockets lost several games when their gunners went cold for a long stretch within a game, Lou is not just a gunner, he can go to the line and draw fouls (he is 2nd behind Harden on current Rockets) - meaning he can still get points even his shot is also cold
- can now try the ultimate small ball lineup (Ryan, Harden, Ariza, Lou, Gordon)
- Lou is secured for another year => next season, there is a good chance either Lou or Gordon can be traded depending on which star player is available on the market.
As for the pick, it will be in the late twenty, with Dekker, Harrell, Clint, Rockets are not interested in another project with potential. First round pick comes with mandatory salary that will eat into Rocket's cap.

Maybe not; but our food is so much better. We also have Johnson Space Center, which is so much cooler than the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Also, playing with Harden he will see so many easy shots that he may as well be Gavrilo Princip outside of that Belgrade cafe in 1914.
....too soon?

Oh, I am totally prepared for this.
Hell, I might even be cheering for this.
Sue me...I like the guy.

Dude has been nothing short of amazing for the Lakers this year. He draws a ton of fouls and gets to the line like crazy. Master of the 3-point play. Good luck. Rooting for you guys to take out Golden State this year!

Yeah, Brew was a good guy. He 's just not that good at basketball anymore. I'll never forget his contribution to the "Comeback" 2 seasons ago. He'll be a good mentor for the youngsters in LA.

Way too soon. You should have waited a few weeks to deliver that golden nugget. So I could've maybe possibly thought of it, 1st.
Jerk.

JPL is not really a tourist site...all they do there is just lab work for those unmanned rover vehicles and other stuff with satellites.

, and we have some great food here E ! Texas and Cali probably run neck and neck in Mexican food. I'd give Texas the edge in BBQ, but we have top shelf steak houses and burger joints....IN & Out ring a bell ?
But anyway picking up Lou Will is exactly what you guys needed, now instead of being the dark horse, the Rockets are a real real threat.I know everybody likes to dump on the Lakers right now, but this move is why we're a class organization. The Lakers could've dealt Lou anywhere as long we got a 1st out of it, but the Lakers moved him to a contender...give him a chance at a ring. Every team won't do that. This is why you always hear ex Laker players saying that they'll take care of you. Ty Lue just mentioned the same thing the other day.
I'll be kinda pulling for you guys come playoffs, Lou was a good dude here and vets like him are kinda due for a shot at a title. Wouldn't mind if Rockets won the whole thing, that way we can get a break from the media ball licking they do with Golden State and Cleveland.
It's time for somebody else to shine...why not the Rockets.

In and Out is coming to Houston this year and is already in Dallas, ft worth, San Antonio and Austin.
Thanks for the well wishes for the playoffs. Good luck keeping your draft pick.

You can keep In&Out. What's with L.A. and the overrating of kobe-based products?

I prefer Shake Shack, but you just can't beat In-N-Out's value.
