Luis Scola

Post#1 » by texasholdem » Mon Feb 27, 2017 7:52 pm

Nets waived him today. Bring him home? He has a three point shot now. Averaging a decent 5,1 ppg, 3.9 rpg in only 12.8 mpg. Compare than to Montrezl avg. 3.8 rpg in 18.7 mpg.
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Rockets have completely banished any sort of midrange game or scoring the deep 2s. We need a rim protector who can finish around the rim. I don't think Scola fits that need.

After seeing the rockets go 10 for 45 vs the Pacers maybe we need someone who CAN hit a midrange shot. Besides he can hit the three now too.

Luis Scola 2015-16: 65 for 161 on threes (40.4%)

Mike Scott 2015-16: 62 for 158 on threes (39.2%)

I would waive anyone but Harden to get Scola back on the team, I don't care how old he's gotten.

Scola should retire a rocket, and I bet he has a little left in the tank

Bring back both him and his hair + Suga Shane = unstoppable awesomeness of doom.

I'm in.

Fans can wear the Scola wigs and the Harden beards together

He can actually hit the 3 ball as well. use him 5 to 12 minutes a game as a offensive sparkplug .He fits what Mike wants.
