Turned on the game in time to see the Spaceman hit a three from beyond the moon!

GO ROCKETS!

Rockets shooting looks a whole lot better in the early going tonight.
Team looking energized and active.

Damn, man! Fareid hitting Nene was like Thor hitting his hammer on Captain America's shield! I think I could feel that impact!

Yeah, they are looking wide awake out there. Let's hope that they keep it up for 4 quarters!

I say this every time we see Dream on TV, but he still looks like he could go for 10-15 minutes a night!

That's the key.

In fact, the way this team is built (players, chemistry, coaching), I don't fear a matchup with any team in the league.
Instead I think their biggest concerns will be live ball turnovers and their ability to stay locked in for 48 minutes.

Denver can't miss and Houston can't hit. Not a good combo.

Mr. E's Halftime Thoughts:

Tale of Two Quarters. Denver really owned the second quarter, but the Rockets managed to get back into it towards the end. A three-point deficit is a one-possession game, and these guys like to shoot. The problem is that Denver likes to shoot, too.

A bit too much jawing at the refs for my taste. It isn't going to help them get any calls and may actually hurt the calls in the second half.

This should be a fun game in the second half, but I hope for the Good Rockets to come back out of the locker room.

GO ROCKETS!

Second unit came in and surrendered the lead. Defense disappeared.

Rockets doing better in so many categories...but my God, look at that rebounding edge for Denver!

So many second/third chance points!

Got to tighten that up!

Spaceman dropped inside the stratosphere to take that shot.

Midrange jumpers look so weird to me now!
