All Star Game Format Changed

Post#1 » by texasholdem » Tue Oct 3, 2017 9:02 pm

12 players from the East and 12 players from the West but all mixed up on two teams so it's no longer East vs West. The captains will be the 2 players with the highest vote totals and they will pick the players for their team like on the schoolyard. This is dumb.

I'd still like to see USA vs World if they're going to change anything, but whatever. I never watch the ASG anymore anyways.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

All Star game? Hell. I'll be happy if I can just watch 10 games this year on TV.

Some pretty reliable streams out there these days, my friend. That's how I watch most of the games I have time to watch!

This is pretty much same as my idea I had few years back. Only difference is mine isn't 12 from East and 12 from West. My idea was fans vote 5 players regard of position and conference. Top 10 players received the most votes are in. Coaches pick the other 14 players regard of position and conference. This way, those players don't really deserve don't get in the all-star game. Yes, those in the East. After we have 24 players. The two players with the most votes get to be team captain and start picking his team.
