Named NBA Player of the Week on November 6th for the Western Conference.
Probably not the only time this season, so I'll just make this an open thread.

He was also WCPOTW in the first week of the season so this is his second this year.

Excellent Point! Well done!
So, this is Harden's 2nd Player of the Week nod this young season.
Of course, the last time he racked up a lot of regular season "best" accolades he was snubbed from every All-NBA team.

I'm so happy this year people can't claim it's all from ref baiting (obviously most still will because once it's a narrative it won't change, since 90% of posters don't watch)
At least rockets fans get to see how good a player he is
This post comes to you from a guy who argued with his girlfriends friend from out of town for a while last night while that person made arguments about harden not being a great player but just being a ref made star (and when asked, had only seen a handful of his games).....I walked away, but my anger lingers on

She's gotta cut that friend off

Yeah some people aren't very smart. They just run with the narratives. Us Rocket fans knew he was much more than just ref baiting. Hopefully he gets the respect he deserves and finally wins that MVP this year.

Fixed it for you.
In fact, statistically, almost everybody isn't much above average, at best.

Damn. Pulled out the IQ chart and everything. Yeah, most people aren't very smart. Especially Harden/Rockets haters.

On a similar note, Westbrook's MVP over Harden is being exposed as the joke that it always was. The Rockets are 2nd in the West with no Paul; meanwhile the Thunder are 12th. It turns out stat-padding doesn't win games.

Also, adding two alphas to an alpha instead of team building is probably not the best plan.

So, does Harden get WC Player of the Week again for the 3rd time in four weeks?

It's not like he's done anything impressive or anything...

James Harden wins Player of the Week...again.
Player of the Month for November as well.
He's pretty good at this whole basketball business.

*Yawn*. The only 2 players I have above him are LeBron James and Kevin "Lil Bitch" Durant.

He's probably just going to keep doing this all season.

I nominate that we rename that one the:
Russell Westbrook, 2016-2017 BSPN Allen Iverson Total Narrative (TM) NBA MVP (Sponsored by Doritos)*
Or some near variant.
The words can change, but the asterisk is required.
