Rockets have Regressed Back to the Mean

Winning a bunch of games with high offense and playing a load of inconsistent defense. Why does that sound familiar? It's because this team still has the same fundamentals (whether it might be the coaching or players). How many games in the last two or three weeks (after everyone calmed down from CP3's hyped return) do you think the Rockets' opponents started off hot and scored more than 100-110+ points in the game? Answer: A LOT. After all, it's not a coincidence that some random bum is shooting lights out against the Rockets (just like it's not a coincidence with the Cavs or Timberwolves) . It's simply the Rockets' defensive schemes. If the Rockets want to ever sniff the top 5 defense ranking again, inconsistent defense isn't going to do it...
