It is time for a first in NBA awards voting.
Mike D'Antoni was the NBA Coach of the Year last season.
This season, the team's record has improved. The offense has improved. The defense has greatly improved. He has integrated new players on the team in key roles (Paul, Tucker, Luc, etc). He has gone through injuries to key players and has thrown out so many different lineups that have been successful that the opponents are almost dizzy trying to keep up.
Mike D'Antoni is at the top of his coaching game, so it is time for the first back-to-back Coach of the Year selection!
