Re: The Offseason
I'd like to see them re-sign Luc, or is his shoulder more of a concern than I realize?
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

Kings weren't wrong at that time

definitely need a more reliable starting SF
unless we can improve PF and move Tucker to SF
how ready are our rookies and G-Leaguers?

Re: The Offseason
Hmm...wonder if Joe Chee can take a big step forward this year and become a part of the rotation.
I'm more worried about what's going to happen with Swiss right now.

Re: The Offseason
Capela off the market for Lakers. Many believe Lakers will go after Noel Nerlens which they can likely get for cheap.
Still another team can offer Capela a contract since the Lakers never officially offered him a contract for us to match.

Re: The Offseason
Cappela may have to settle for the QO if the market dries up.
Then he won't be a happy camper, maybe signs a one year deal and tries the market again next year when there will be a lot more buyers.

Re: The Offseason
Hopefully this won't turn into a Nerlens, or worse a Motiejunas, situation. Just take the long term guaranteed money on the table, even if it isn't the max he envisioned. If he does just the the QO, is it too late to convince Ariza to "DeAndre" the Suns and just match that to keep him?

sign-and-trade must be at least three years contract
maybe 2nd and 3rd year team option
unless Houston offer cash or future pick
i don't see Phoenix do us the favor by giving Ariza 3 years contract

Re: The Offseason
need to re-sign Mbah a Moute
how much will Nemanja Bjelica cost?
Wayne Ellington is probably out of our price range
Brook Lopez for cheap?

Re: The Offseason
I’m going to be the ONLY person saying this, so enjoy it.
I love the Cousins signing so far because I think he makes the Warriors worse.
We’ll see how stupid I am. It’s possible he stops boogieing and helps them out, but I don’t trust him to get his head right in order to be able to help them.
It’s possible, I guess. JaVale did. JaVale is a better player, though.

Javale is not better than Cousins, but he doesn't have a temper like Cousins though.

He's also coming off a pretty bad injury so we'll see how that plays out.

I think there's more downside than upside in this risk. He already sucked on D now he's going to be slower, and he probably won't even be very good offensively for awhile after coming back in January. At least not good enough to help an already rediculous offenseRaoulDuke79 wrote:He's also coming off a pretty bad injury so we'll see how that plays out.
