The result of Hard Cap (whatever nba does)
Break up 2 teams: Rockets and Cavs (Rockets are unlikely to make the playoffs next season)
beneficiary: Celtics and Warriors

Hard Cap at $130 million base salary per team (completely my assumption, NOT the real hard cap))

Rockets
current contracts: $81 million
incomplete roster charge: $7 million for 7 spots
Chris Paul: $36 million
G Green: 6 million
Total: $130 million
Experts expect Chris Paul to demand as much money as he can.
Rockets lose Capela, Ariza, Luc Moute, Iso Joe

Cavs:
Current Contracts: $104 million (LeBron option out)
Dumping Kevin Love for nothing - deduct $24 million
Total $80 million
LeBron and 8th pick 40 million
Tax MLE: $5 million
Incomplete roster charge $5 million for 5 spots
Total $130 million
Results:
Cavs lose Kevin Love because the rest of the big contracts are unmovable.

Warriors

Current contracts: $103 million
Kevin Druant 36 Million
28th pick and 38th pick: 2 million
Incomplete roster charge: $5 million for 5 spots
Total $146 Million
Dumping Andre Iguodala for nothing: Deduct $16 million
Total: $130 million

Celtics:
Total salary for Celtics is only $107 million, they can sign MLE .....
