Eric Gordon and the Houston Rockets have agreed to a four-year contract extension worth $75.6 million, league sources told Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.
The 30-year-old Gordon, who was heading into the final year of his contract, will make roughly $90 million over the next five years.
Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the final year of the extension, worth $20.9 million, is not guaranteed unless the Rockets win an NBA title or he makes an All-Star team.

Good deal for both sides.
Gordon almost certainly could have commanded more in free agency but apparently chose security and stability.
The Rockets lock up an integral part of their core on the same timeline as Harden/Westbrook/Capela and on a fair deal.

Re: Eric Gordon signs 4-yr extension
Yeah its really only 3/$53m if they dont win the title the last year is non-guaranteed.
The only concern is that he seemed a little off last year and he did sustain a number of injuries early in his career so this could get ugly towards the end.
But in the meantime if the Rockets want to keep their current iteration together to contend for titles they really had no choice. I think he's a great fit and a Westbrook/Harden/Gordon trio fits really well together as a 3-man group or in both 2-main pairings while the other one rests.
