The Knicks have the cap space to absorb the salary difference in a Victor Oladipo for Alec Burks swap. Obviously the Knicks would need to send some draft incentive Houston's way, but what would be the minimum draft pick incentive the Rockets likely require to keep the Knicks on the phone in a discussion?
