good luck guys, we just came off a win and we finally have a little bit of confidence but im sure you guys will pull one out. Hopefully we can keep it close for at least a little while to make it entertaining.

I hope its entertaining too. If we lose, everything we've done well these past two weeks will be a little blemished. I mean they're the Twolves. They practically want to lose to get a high pick.

This part is true for a lot of the fans but the twolves players and FO have been trying to make it clear that they are "trying" to win every game. They are not going to go out their and try and lose. [/u]

Jefferson has a similar game to Carlos Boozer. Yao will have trouble guarding him, but he will have as much if not more trouble guarding Yao.

Regardless, we'd better beat the worst team in the league in our own building.

I hope we don't lose focus and drop this one at home. The Timberwolves are the worst team in the NBA, but this is still the NBA and we all know that anything is possible.

Go Rockets

Timberwolves are a complete joke and they know it. Look at this ridiculous video commentary http://www.nba.com/media/timberwolves/v ... 080110.wmv. He says the exact same thing in the approach towards Yao and Duncan on their Texas road trip. They will be dismantled and evaporated. Why not just make such a parodic commentary, your team sucks and you know it type of admission? Dont cheese it up with a next to non-existant game plan against the Rockets or Spurs.

Yes, that may be true right now, but in abour 2-3 years, watch this team be something. They have a group of young players, and if they keep building draft picks like most likely will this year as well, they will be something big in a couple of years. You can say the same about the Hawks, they have a lot of talented young guys, but I don't think they all should be together. The team that has done the best job IMO is Portland.

Rockets need to go out there and play their game
don't underestimate your opponent
one big problem i see us so far in the past 6 years
got off a quick start then some players just stop working and start jacking up bad shots
we need to play the whole game

Not playing tonight, maybe next week. It's on the Chron's web site.
