If Roy is still out should be an easy win, but if he comes back this game I think it's going to be a tough one. They are going to be hungry with Roy back wanting to end their skid.

Regardless of Roy coming back, we are playing better than them at the moment and we are at home.

Tonight's win over Atlanta would have to be our first big win for some time. We don't win convincingly, but we are winning now. Hope to see it continue!

Big game even though they are 28-22, we have to keep pushing them back so they can't become a problem to us looking into the playoff seeding. I expect a close game but as good as the Rockets are playing, I think they could prevail. Some key points, Luther Head should return to this game (I think), Brandon Roy Probable, and that the Rockets have a streak for beating the Blazers at Toyota Center. Who said we couldn't win at Toyota Center? lol

ANother win, Portland's pretty good but they are not good as we were. They had a great moment to win 13 straight but that's all over, we can easily beat them.

Hell I hope Tracy will finally play better at home. He doesn't look to score, he is not shootin' well at home, he's not that agressive. It just needs to change. Tracy is so great on the road, one of the best in the leauge but he's bad at home. Different situation with Yao. He cant play on the road but he does it so well at home.

i don't know who to root for...this game has got me bamboozled...

...i guess i'll root for portland simply because houston has the better record.

Did you start using that after Barkley started saying that on air?

Is Roy expected to play in this game? His presence will make a huge difference for the Blazers.

With the way star players have been returning from their injuries whenever they play us, I won't be surprised to see Roy back for this game. :banghead:

Hell he is. He didn't play previous 2 games because of death in famili but he is expected to play.

Yeah, he is a huge difference. I remember last game in Portland. In the 1st half Battier totally gave up, Roy had jumpers he wanted but than Shane played some real defense in the second half and it really slowed Roy down.

He needs to do it a whole game

ABC just mentioned a big fact. The Lakers only have 6 games left vs. the East. That schedule really helps us out by not worry about the Lakers as much as the other teams. The Lakers will not be as good going against western conference teams, so that helps us out by the losses.

Is Roy playing?

With or without him, another game we have to win. They're a team close behind us, we are at home and beat em on their home-court. That win would be meaningless if lost the game tomorrow. Like all games, keep up the defense and execute, and I'd like our chances, but just have to come out play hard and with a lot on intensity.

i think roy should be good to go...he just misses the last 2 games cause of a death in his family..hopefully he dont put his frustrations out on us, lol

Does anyone here notice that Jarret Jack looks like that football player in the Jerry McGuire movie?

This is an important game and we need to win. We are definitely a better team than the Blazers so there is no good reason to lose. Yao needs to play better than he did last time.

You will see one of the two possibilities. The first is that they will go on losing streaks and fail to make the playoffs. The other is that if they can go through that tough stretch and still make the playoffs, I think it will really help them prepare for the playoffs and give them a good chance to advance out of the first last which they couldn't for the past few years.
