Is Luis Scola the New Starting PF this year?

Post#1 » by JordansBulls » Sun Feb 10, 2008 6:29 pm

I have seen lately he has been starting and playing more minutes than Hayes, is he the new Starting PF now?

Early in the season I predicted he would start over Hayes, now if he is I think they can go all the way.

Adelman will do anytihng that brings us a vicotry or makes the team better,

and playing Scola right from the start is a smart decision.

Yeah he is our new starting PF, which I think was a great move, this wouldn't have been done if it wasn't for Landry. Our PF position is pretty strong, but I still think we should look to add a vet, same with the PG position, as currently it is our weakest position. I doubt that Rafer is going to go anywhere, and I also doubt that he would be benched if we brought a PG, lets say someone like Sam Cassel, who I would love to have on this team.

Scola is extremely effective in the first quarter. His production decreases after he first Q in the most games he started. BUt hopefully, he'll remain consistent, because he's skillful.

Yes he has, and rightfully so. He's a good rebounder and a very skilled offensive player that adds a different dimension to the team.

In the past 8 games, he's averaged:

11.7 points per game
6.2 rebounds per game (could improve)
57 FG%
(Past three games, 12 and 8 on 59%)

Didn't you answer your own question when you typed "I have seen lately he has been starting and playing more minutes than Hayes"?

You really are a post padder. Come on man...
