last season

i was just rewatching that series and after the game 7 loss and seeing the post game conference of t-mac, some tears shed down my eyes.

but i still remember watching that game 7, me eyes fixed on the t.v, i didn't move, didn't go for a bathroom break, just sat and watched while yelling at the t.v, but when it was all over, there was that empty feeling that how the **** did this happen, i literally didn't move after that and couldn't sleep.

it was hard times

anyways, who cried after the series loss?

I was sad, depressed, and angry, and it even lasted a couple of days, but I wasn't that emotional about it.

Disappointed sure, but crying? I guess I'm just not THAT involved.

Wait you are telling me that you pulled a T.O.?

For me, I had too much stress built up throughout the game, and I had a throbbing headache. I immediately went to sleep... But I was very upset the next day, and lost all motivation...

Last year, no. 2005, when we got blown out by 40 points... no. But I did violently throw the remote across the room and grab a bottle of vodka.

I sat and stared at the screen with an empty bottle of whiskey next to me...I don't remember the rest of the night.

It was the worst day of my life.

I remember me, a guy that never shows an ounce of happiness DURING a Rockets (plenty if they win after the game) scream at the top of my lungs that we came back from that 17 point deficit to take a 5 point lead with 5 minutes left to go. I'd never been so alive in my life, I literally couldn't breathe (not even a joke) the last couple minutes of the game (Yeah I know that's contradictory saying I've never felt so alive and couldn't breathe, but that's the feeling I had) I seriously have never felt that way before. Then Kirilenko hits that three from the wing to tie the game and the inability to the rebound in the final minutes just stung so bad.

I didn't cry but I've never felt so sad in my life ever, and still to this day get nightmares of McGrady not driving in that 4th quarter when we were in the penalty when he was so effective doing it all game long.

Thanks for starting a new thread about it now. :banghead:

Yeah on second thought...let's not relive our pain. I'm going to go ahead and lock this because we're moving forward in a new direction so let's not dwell on what could have been.
