OT - Donald Sterling

I always rather liked Donald Sterling under the (ill-contrived and not recently re-evaluated) premise "if he pays less, that's bound to drive down ticket prices across the board gee I wish ALL owners were like him."

Turns out, he really is a [thingamabob] (and my old opinion is painfully naive in at least 3 different ways). Sorry and my backdated sympathies to all the Clippers fan out there.

what does this have to do with us? you want to owner to sign players for less and therefore charge less for tickets? even if that happened, we would still have ridiculously high ticket prices.
