If we really want to put the pick to good use, then we'll use it to get Ron Ron.

CDR, Brandon Rush, or Joe Alexander.

I think we should package the pick with some players and bobby's expiring contract for some real help. ie: Mike Miller
If we do end up keeping the pick, we should just draft the best player available if someone good falls. We could use a big man though. Hibbert, Koufos..etc.

I agree, we need to trade it with battier, jackson, and head and get some huge star in here. we need that 3rd option

interesting in Courtney Lee?

Courtney Lee isn't a bad idea but I have a feeling this guy's value will jump out of reach before draft day.
I'd like to keep the pick just to see what Morey can turn it into. But packaging it away will benefit the team now.

Brandon Rush... he has a potential to be the prototype off-ball player.
With McGrady and Alston leading most of the offense, Rush will be the player who can be effective without the ball.

Count me onto the Bill Walker bandwagon. If Dike will return for another year, I really don't think backup PF/C is a pressing need, especially since we aren't going to get a good one at 25.
My order would be something like:
Walker
CDR
Rush
Lopez

...the Houston Rockets select:
Some shmoe you never heard of, or didn't even want. We all boo, spend months on RealGm trashing the poor guy, then he turns out into a pretty decent player over the course of the season.
Then we all try to pretend like we really liked the guy to begin with and praise Daryl Morey for his vision.

Mutombo needs to hurry up and decide about next year so we can draft appropriately.
If Dike retires: Hibbert
If Dike returns: CDR
