I wanted Mcroberts over Landry in the draft.
I hated the Brooks selection.
I was ready to just cut Alston without getting nothing in return for him.

I thought Shane Battier would make a difference in the playoffs and help get us out of round 1.

-i thought Head would be our version of Vinnie Johnson; he disappeared in the playoff 2 years in a row
-i thought we are going to get 8th spot when Yao went down; i still hope we get 8th spot at least we get higher draft pick

- I used to think Steve Francis was a great player...
- ...In fact, Kenny Thomas, Rodrick Rhodes, Carlos Rogers, and Sam Mack were all great players too.
- I thought Stromile might actually help us out (which he did, but not as expected)
- I thought the 2003-2004 team was really good
- I hated letting Olajuwon walk (it was tragic, but made great management sense)
- I LOVED the Kelvin Cato signing (why I approach trades and signings with my first step full of jadedness and skepticism now)
- Actually, I really liked a lot of our signings from 2000-2004 (who HASN'T wanted to talk to themselves from 5 years ago and say "Hey look, moron, '...' ", especially when 5 years ago was young themselves)
- I was not able to start more than one point in this list without using the word "I".

(Seems more like the topic is, "I was an idiot, but I'm still nowhere near as smart as Darryl Morey." ... ... ... ... Ok that's not true, I'm still an idiot, just not with regard to anything I'm aware of having wanted the Rockets to do over the past couple years. Feel free to call my bluff on that if you want! )

- Back in '95, I hated Hakeem who single-handedly destroyed my former team: Orlando Magic and who stole Nick Anderson's mojo. Houston became one of my least favorite teams next to the Lakers and the Jazz. (Today, Hakeem is one of my favorite players and I love him more than Shaq)
- I hated the McGrady deal. I didn't eat the rest of the day because I was busy compiling the longest hate mail (directed to John Weisbrod) that I have ever written. Since then, I became a Rockets fan and gave up on the Orlando Magic.
- I loved the Shane Battier trade, because I hated Rudy Gay who was a lazy bum when he was in college.
- I thought Stromile Swift would be a great backup to Yao. Later realized that dude was dumb as a doornail.
- I used to think Steve Francis and Cuttino Mobley were straight.

BTW, do you guys remember all the FIRE MOREY threads we had right after the '07 draft?

What happened was, depending on the game, we were either too young or too old. Plus Barkley got injured.)

...I thought that the '02 Kings had a realistic shot at beating the Lakers & the League.

...I didn't think that Orlando was getting THAT bad of a deal in getting Francis, Mobley, and Cato for T-Mac, Howard, Lue, and Bogans.

...I didn't realize how much Francis sucks without his boyfriend around.

-I had faith in getting out of the first round these past two years
-I thought Francis would be a key in our run this year
-I wasn't angry about the Battier trade.

Other than that, I am a flawless human being.

- I got pepper sprayed and was too drunk to remember
- I Took 5 years to finish college
- I didn't sleep with Megan, Melissa, or Jennifer
- I slept with Caitlin(not a fat girl)
- I bought an XBox 360 I never play.
